Visa Subclasses

Citizenship by Conferral

For permanent residents or eligible New Zealand citizens who have lived in Australia for at least 4 years, including 12 months as a permanent resident.

Citizenship by Descent

For individuals born outside Australia to at least one Australian citizen parent at the time of their birth.

Citizenship by Adoption

For children adopted by Australian citizens, either in Australia or overseas under recognized arrangements.
